Inspired by antique Mughal jaali/screen panels seen in various heritage buildings of India, Sierra, a contemporized version of that very elaborate concept, was born. Set on rose gold, Dupion silk base, this ethereal pair of juttis is hand-embroidered using zardozi, mirror work, sequins and faux pearls. The front features a jaal design, while the back has a traditional floral motif often used in Mughalai artwork.
